I’m generally not a huge fan of what utility or ex-utility publishers have done/do in the marketplace but here’s an exception. YP has simply taken the results of a call tracking line and a testimonial in Merced, CA and turned it into a little article and posted it as a blog. I think we should all be adding pages like this to our websites.
