The ADP Trusted Local Partner™ Certification Program is dedicated to helping our membership affiliate with experienced and trustworthy companies that are educated and dedicated to offering best practices as it relates to all their products and services.
ADP‘s thorough certification review process evaluates the following industry best practices:
- Business integrity and ethical standards
- Customer service standards and accountability
- Contract transparency — clear statements of pricing for products and services
- Sales training practices
- Data integrity — security and privacy of customer information
Once certified by the Association and approved by the ADP Board of Review, the Partner company will be awarded the ADP Trusted Local Partner Certified Seal to promote on their products and services. The Seal demonstrates to customers that the company offers best practices, an excellent client relationship, superb service and products and trustworthy data.
