The ADP staff is dedicated to helping you receive the maximum value from your Association membership.  They provide communications to members on topics important to the Yellow Pages industry, plan the Annual Convention, workshops, conferences, an awards program and support the daily operations of the Association.
Our Association offers a wide variety of research and marketing sales materials created by leading research organizations.  The ADP staff is knowledgeable in assisting members in utilizing the many Association services and marketing tools available.

Cindi Aldrich

Cindi has been President/CEO of ADP since 2013.  She has extensive business acumen acquired over 30 years in the Yellow Pages industry. Her career in association management has included the positions of Controller, Director of Financial Management and Strategic Initiative and Director of Membership and Conference Sales.
Cindi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie course in Human Relations and Public Speaking.
She maintains professional memberships in the American Society of Association Executives, American Management Association, and The Executive Women's Golf Association and is active on LinkedIn.  
She has one married son, is an avid golfer and loves to travel and read. 
Janice Norman
Director of Finance

Janice is ADP's Director of Finance and has been with the Association for 15 years. She has over 35 years of accounting experience in various positions including, Accounting Supervisor, Senior Accountant, Budget Analyst, and Accounting and Finance Director in Association Management, Finance, Legal, Travel, and Transportation industries. Janice received a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with an Accounting and Finance Specialty from Lawrence Technological University.
She enjoys spending time with her daughter, son-in-law and new grandson, the outdoors, gardening and the lakes of Northern Michigan. Janice also volunteers her accounting services to numerous organizations.
Lisa Stradinger
Director of Operations

Lisa joined ADP in 2014 as Membership Director, was promoted to Accounting Manager in 2015 and is currently the Director of Operations. Prior to ADP, she worked in the accounting field for local contracting companies and owned a catering business in the wedding industry. Lisa has an Associate in Applied Science degree in Accounting from Davenport University.
She is very active with her three daughters and enjoys spending time outdoors hiking through the Sleeping Bear Dunes, snowshoeing, kayaking and bowling. 
Jill Denman
Director of Communications

Jill is the Association's Director of Communications and has over 25 years of experience in the public relations and marketing arenas. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication, Arts and Sciences from Western Michigan University.

She is married with two children and likes to dance, take long walks with her dog, read, and travel with her husband. 


Kelly Grant
Program Coordinator
Kelly joined ADP in 2017 and handles the association's donated ad programs which include Senior Life, Alarm Advisors, Pura Vida and Leadz.
